Single Review: Kuro - Obscene

It is the season of both death and re-birth, of long dark nights of terror set amongst days of peaceful reflection and hope towards the future. The latest release from Kuro perfectly fits this vibe.
There is a hell of a lot of anger in it towards the people that turn their noses up at the LGBTQIA+ scene and towards the way the community is treated.
In that sense it also has a slightly spooky feel with the horror that a lot of our community have to go through regularly, especially growing up. Yet it is tracks and artists like this that help prove no one is ever alone and that there is hope for the future as people fight back and the younger generations do so with greater strength than ever before. As well as that, the band is putting all proceeds from the track to LGBT good causes.
Get this track added to your Halloween party playlists, it deserves it!
Electro-metal project from Glasgow, UK. Filled with angst, energy and eyeliner.
THIS IS OUR ANGST SONG FOR ALL OF YOU WHO HAVE GROWN UP BEING SEGREGATED, ABUSED AND PUNISHED FOR BEING DIFFERENT. THIS GOES OUT TO THE ALTERNATIVE, LGBT, TRANS AND ANYBODY WHO DOESN'T FIT THE NORM.
ALL PROCEEDS FROM THIS TRACK GO TO LGBT CAUSES.

Worth mentioning is that lead singer Kuro himself is also part of the bands Grendel and Corlyx!
